What Is Man? A Journey to Self-discovery and God's Embrace

Man, the great explorer, has conquered the seas, the skies, the elements, and the very forces that shape the world. Yet, despite all his discoveries, man has not yet discovered himself (Psalm 139:14).

Now is the time for man to listen with his inner ears—to hear the silent voice within (1 Kings 19:12).

Many place their faith in human philosophy, but human ingenuity can fail. Jesus Christ, however, never fails (Hebrews 13:8).

Jesus, the Son of God, lived under the law on our behalf. He bore the curse of the law for you and for me (Galatians 3:13).

God hates sin but loves sinners who seek repentance (Romans 5:8). An unbalanced sex life breeds frustration and tension. Sex without love satisfies only half of man’s sexual hunger and intensifies inner turmoil.

All excesses must be controlled, for excess is self-destructive (Proverbs 25:28). Promiscuity often leads to self-condemnation and, in tragic cases, even suicide.

Similarly, excessive drinking and smoking can lead to narcotics abuse, destroying a person morally and physically (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Some live isolated in their own world, becoming placid and indifferent to social interaction.

No matter what you may say to the Father, the most important thing is to reclaim yourself from the place where you have given up (Luke 15:18-24).

Do not feel ashamed if you have wasted talent or squandered treasures. Simply return to your senses, and you will witness the Father’s love embracing you (Luke 15:20).

When you remember you have a Father, you remember you have a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Jesus rose from the manger to the magnificent mansion in Heaven (John 14:2).

Any beauty that does not come from God is fleeting—it is false and will fade with time. But the beauty that flows from the Lord renews itself daily as we gaze upon Christ (2 Corinthians 3:18).
